What a lovely and full tree! Somehow I always remember ours as having been skinny lol
What a great tree, nice and full and round. So pretty!
It does look just the right shape! Very beautiful!
A lovely tree with thick branches. Just ready to put the packages under it. Merry Christmas!
It must be the singular pieces of tinsel that give this tree the old-fashioned look. I love it. Here's My Saturday Snapshot
What patience! I know we used to kind of toss the tinsel, and the finished product showed it! lolGorgeous tree! Here's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT andMY WEBSITE
I love the 'old' memories your sharing!
Your Grandma's tree was BEAUTIFUL! :):):):):):):):):):):)
When I did tinsel, I did it that way. Our tree takes us a couple days to put up.
Brings back memories for sure! I remember wanting to help hang tinsel and then giving up because it took too long! :o)
What a great post! I remember tinsel and putting it on the tree as a child...LOL I dont think I have ever used the stuff since I moved out on my own.
Wow, I don't think I'd ever have the patience for that!
A very pretty tree!
Such a lovely tree. It brings back fond memories of my own childhood...Thanks!
I do love tinsel; the tree looks beautiful.
I don't use tinsel now but I remember LOVING it as a child...especially at my grandparents' houses :)
My mother still uses tinsel. She loves her trees!
Oh, what a perfect tree, decorated with loving hands!
I was helping my dad put up his tree last week and he said the same thing about the tinsel... that they would put it up strand by strand. I'm really glad we didn't have to do that! Although it does look beautiful it's way too much work.
Very nice tree! She did a great job.
A wonderful tree adorned with long gentle effort of love.
If that tree were a pizza, it would be an "all-dressed."Very nice.It even has a skirt.A mini-skirt -- in keeping with the '70's.
Grandma's tree is beautiful--what a happy memory for you.
Now that's a tree! What wonderful memories :)
I remember tinsel! I can never go back, but it brings wonderful memories. Like finding tinsel in weird places all year round :)
What a beautiful tree! We used to hang tinsel like that. I sure wouldn't do it now with the dog. Lol.
What a beautiful tree. I remember hanging tinsel when we were so much younger. I can imagine how long it took her.
