I want to thank each person who has ever sent an award my way and I apologize if I haven't posted them in a more timely manner. I always tell myself I'll do that on this day and before I know it...this day has come and gone more than 30 times!! I sincerely appreciate the awards, I'm just a slacker when it comes to posting them on my blog!

- All those juvenile movies that are stupid and gross and have really stupid jokes.....the same ones that I tell my sons are dumb...secretly I enjoy most of them!
- I could go days without feeling the need to leave my property. As long as I have food, my fave drink, and a lot of good books
- I would never dress up if I didn't have to...love jeans and a t-shirt!
- I suffer from anxiety attacks (thanks Mom for the gene) and slight OCD.
- As long as I have my family I don't need material things...they mean very little to me.
- I hate wearing shoes...barefoot or my birks is the only way to go!
- I will never, ever skydive ........ever!

ReplyDeleteI think everyone has something they are OCD about, and I think that Mr. Monk freed us all. I would see him doing something and say, hey! I do that. People are coming out of their OCD closets all over now because of that show. :<) Some have the order thing, some have the germ thing. There are so many varieties. Some are really debilitating to people, but a lot of us just have one or two little fun things.

You got a lot of awards! I love you background. It's fun to change it up once and a while! I love staying home and reading. I totally agree with you on that. I wear my comfy pants and a sweatshirt and my birkenstocks as slippers and I am all set! That's the fun thing about reading is that you can go on any adventure you want without leaving the comfort of your house!

ReplyDeleteAnd, to comment on your comment about the new Jodi Picoult. I too love her earlier ones and yes, some of hers as of late, especially Change of Heart, were not very strong and TOO much. Handle with Care was a little better though, holy cow, emotional. the new one does end up in a court room (sorry!) but the topic is of such strong interest to me and I think a lot of parents out there, that I think this one will blow it out of the water.

ReplyDeleteI am with you on so many things... I hate dressing up and sooo look forward to jeans Fridays at school. I get panic attacks too, though they have gotten much better. If I have a fountain Diet Coke, the remote and some great books I don't have to go ANYWHERE!!
I do this too! I thought if I did it once a month I could post them and pass them on and that was my New year Plan. I have made it once in 2010 and I was 2 weeks late.... GAH!
