When I got up this morning to let the dogs out, I was amazed to see the air saturated with moisture that helped create the fog and frost that lay upon everything. I love mornings like this and seeing how Mother Nature can change up the appearance of the sky and everything else. Soon I am sure I will wake up to snow on the ground!
Loveeeeeeeeeee this!!!!!
ReplyDeleteThis picture is a poem! If you allow, I would love to write a poem based on this....
ReplyDeleteHere is my Saturday Snapshot post!
Very neat picture! Looks like a fantasy landscape!
ReplyDeleteThat almost looks like a shot of the water. Great photo!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous shot! I do love mornings, too; this morning here is rainy. I'm going to try to capture some shots!
ReplyDeleteHere's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
This would be a terrific book cover! Great shot!
ReplyDeleteThat does really look cold. Brrrr.
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a lake. Great misty photo. Here's Mine
ReplyDeleteVery mysterious and atmospheric looking! Cool photo!
ReplyDeleteLoving it! So serene.
ReplyDeleteLooks nice .)
ReplyDeleteWould love to see that in person! Beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteHere's My SS
I thought it was water as well...like a storm by the ocean :)
ReplyDeleteI really like that. I know it's not a lake, but early morning mist like that always makes me think of the Arthurian legends and the Isle of Avalon. My Snapshot is at http://goo.gl/qkrST
ReplyDeleteVery atmospheric - you almost expect to see a ghostly figure emerge from the mist in a dark flowing cape !!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot, and love the frame.
ReplyDeleteYes I think you need to send it in to a publisher for a book cover.
ReplyDeleteGreat atmosphere! I, too, thought it was a lake!
ReplyDeleteWow. I thought that was a lake, not a field! Great atmosphere and mood!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
ReplyDeleteIt was pretty foggy here too, but not as heavy. Nice photo.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo Staci! I thought at first it was water but then I realized it couldn't be at your house. Lol. We're in for some more yucky weather here. Your hubby would be in his element living here this year!
ReplyDeleteNeat shot. I actually thought it was water at first as well.
ReplyDeleteAh, now that's a morning that makes me curl up on the couch with a book in one hand and a cup of tea in the other.
