Sometimes it is ver...Staci, you're doing well. Sometimes it is very hard to keep both sides of the exercise/eating right equation going isn't it? I have been changing my eating habits slowly, but I have been focused more on getting an exercise routine started for now. I do find though that certain foods don't appeal as much and I'm not really tempted to eat fast food anymore.
