Mailbox Monday and It's Monday...What Are You Reading?

Mailbox Monday
is a gathering place for readers to share the books that
came into their house last week and explore great book blogs.
Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists.

October Host:

Two purchases for my Kindle because I absolutely love Jo Nesbo's writing and he's easy on the eyes to boot!! I also blame Jill @ Rhapsody in Books for my obsession as she's written such compelling reviews that forced my hand to click on the "buy now" button!

Nemesis- purchased for $4.44 @ Amazon.com
The Redbreast- purchased for $2.99

  2. LOL, I've noticed a trend - both here and on Goodreads - of you crediting (blaming) specific bloggers (pushers) for your purchases. Works for me!
Enjoy the Jo Nesbo books. Looks like you found some deals!

  3. I see you read several books of Mr. Darcy's. Wonder what his bite was like in Mr. Darcy's Bite. Sounds like a fun read. I haven't been able to get into Jo Nesbo's books. I tried one and it reads like a translation, which it is. Must try another one.

Thanks for the cheering during the read-athon.

  5. Looks like you've got some interesting books to review this week. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on The Rose Garden (I know it can't stand up to being compared to The Winter Sea, but I still love getting lost in her books.) Have a great week!

  10. Ha ha, I noticed the same trend as Mary. One of Jo Nesbo's books is still sitting on my shelf. If you think they are that good, I'll guess I better hop to it.

  14. Never read anything by Nesbo. You raised my curiosity. I'm also looking forward to your review of The Rose Garden, which I loved.

  17. I get such joy out of seeing how many Darcy novels you read - really! If I have to admit this, gasp, I have read two Austin novels and I enjoy the movies more than the books. That said, I'm sure modern day books are fun and move at a pace we are accustomed to. :)

I LOVE the P&P with Kiera Knightly.

    Have a great week!
